Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at a famous restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)
Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. The a La Carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area. (B+L+D)
Day 04: Beijing - Xian
Visit the Summer Palace and the Lama Temple. Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. A sumptuous buffet dinner will be served for you at the hotel this evening. (B+L+D)
Day 05: Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall. This evening you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace. Day 06: Xian
Visit the Provincial History Museum. After enjoying the a la carte lunch at a local famous restaurant, visit the Great Mosque and a local family. (B+L)
Day 07: Xian - Shanghai
Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. After lunch, take a flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)
Day 08: Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, take a cruise tour on the Huangpu River. The memorable dinner is served at Central Hotel, the affiliated restaurant Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and is the best restaurant to serve Shanghai Cuisine. The dinner will be followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B+L+D)
Day 09: Shanghai - Guilin
The morning is free and lunch is on your side. Take an afternoon flight to Guilin and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy Ethnic Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre after dinner. (B+D)
Day 10: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, a short bicycle trip to the countryside will then be arranged. You will visit a local villager's home to experience the farmer's lifestyle there. Alternatively, you can take our electric car instead of taking bicycles. Transfer back to Guilin. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today.) (B+L)
Day 11: Guilin - Hongkong
Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Take a flight to Hongkong. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves.(B+L)
Day 12: Hongkong
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own. (B)
Day 13: Departure from Hongkong
You will get to the airport to board your homeward flight by yourselves. (B)
